Order Processing 

Please allow between one to three business days for your order to be processed. For pre-orders, allow up to three business days from the delivery estimation date located on the product page. 

Tracking 

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email. You will be able to track your order if you wish to do so.  

Shipping and Handling 

We offer free ground shipping on ALL orders over $150. Under $150, we charge between $6 to $10 in North America. To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time  of your order in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. 

The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In case of a lost package, it is a responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.  

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to import taxes or custom fees determined by the destination country. We currently can not estimate import taxes and custom fees at checkout. Any international taxes or custom fees are not included in the shipping cost. If applicable, a customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees. International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs. 

Important to note that any orders that include items on pre-order will be fulfilled once and not divided into separate shipments.

Payment Options

Pigalle accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit card, Google Pay, Interac, Apple Pay, Shop Pay.

We do not accept cash, money orders, or direct bank transfers. 

Sales Tax

For purchases made outside of Canada, the purchaser is liable for any sales tax owed.
